Safeguarding Awareness Workshops
These workshops are for all adults in Oxfordshire Scouting in order to ensure that you are aware of The Scout Association's Child Protection Policy "Young People First" and your role in implementing it.
Also as an update to your Child Protection Training at least once every 5 years, or prior to your appointment review.
Quote from POR: The Appointment Process Rule 5. Reviewing Appointments, paragraph d) "The appointee must have completed approved safeguarding training at the point the review is undertaken"
