The below policies relate to Oxfordshire Scouts and are in addition to the Scouts policies available on the Scout website here.
We follow the Scouts anti-bribery policy which can be found here.
This policy is for our Trustees, it is reviewed at the start of each trustee meeting when the chair requests trustees to declare a conflict of interest on an agenda item within the meeting. The conflict of interest policy can be reviewed here. The conflict of interest declaration can be accessed here.
Our events are run to be cost neutral, however occasionally something doesn’t cost as much as quoted or the contingency isn’t used. This leaves an event with surplus funds. This policy outlines what we do with that surplus should it occur. View the policy here.
Our IT acceptable usage policy is for volunteers using our technology and software within their roles. It outlines our guidance and rules to ensure acceptable usage. Our policy can be viewed here.
We have a framework policy which allows us to ensure we are following the guidance set and explains what we have agreed to do within set timeframes. The framework forms the backbone of our privacy notice. The framework can be viewed here.
