This policy is for our Trustees, it is reviewed at the start of each trustee meeting when the chair requests trustees to declare a conflict of interest on an agenda item within the meeting. Our events are run to be cost neutral, however occasionally something doesn’t cost as much as quoted or the contingency isn’t used. This leaves an event with surplus funds. This policy outlines what we do with that surplus should it occur. View the policy here.
